Shake well with cracked ice all but cola. Strain over 3 ice cubes
into collins glass. Fill with cola and stir gently. Decorate with 1/2
slice of orange.

Mix with shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency.

Juice1 1/2 tsp. Sugar Syrup1 Large Orange
Slice off the top 1/8th of the orange and cut out the fruit. Leave
in 1 1/2 oz. of the juice. Shake well all including the orange juice
with cracked ice. Strain into the orange shell. Serve with a straw.

Stir well all but Port. Add dash of Port on top. Sprinkle nutmeg

Stir well in old fashioned glass.

1 oz. Vodka1 oz. Raspberry Liqueur
Mix and drink.

4 bottles Champagne1 pint Rum1 pint Brandy4 oz.
Curacoa juice of 4 Lemons4 Sliced Pineapples1 pound Sugar
Place pineapples and sugar into punch bowl. Let stand until the
sugar has soaked into the pineapple. Add all except champagne with
some ice cubes and let stand for an hour. Place large block of ice in
center and add champagne. Orament with fruit.

Pour Champagne into glass and add cranberrt juice.

Polynesian Cocktail
1 1/2 oz. Vodka3/4 oz. Cherry BrandyJuice of 1 Lime
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.
Pompano
1 oz. Gin1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth1 oz. Grapefruit Juice
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.
Poppy Cocktail
1 1/2 oz. Gin3/4 oz. White Creme de Cacao
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.
Port Cobbler
6 oz. Port2 tbsp. Sugar2 oz. Carbonated Water
Fill 10 oz. goblet (large wine glass) with shaved ice. Add
ingredients and stir. Dress with assorted fruits and berries and add
straw.
Port Eggnog
1 fifth Port8 Eggs1 pint Heavy Cream1 quart
Milk1/2 pound Sugar
Beat yolks and whites of eggs seperately. Add sugar to egg whites
and beat until stiff. Combine yolks and whites and mix thoroughly.
Add Port. Beat mixture. Add cream and milk. Mix. Chill well. Serve
with a light sprinkling of nutmeg.
Port Wine Flip
4 oz. Port2 tbsp. Sugar1 beaten Egg
Shake well with cracked ice and strain into sour glass. Sprinkle
nutmeg on top.
Port Wine Sangaree

"Cut small plug out of side of watermelon. Pour in Rum. Refit hole
