- 1 gallon Black Coffee
- 4 pounds Sugar
WARNING: USE EXTREME CAUTION! Place sugar in large bowl. Pour in
Brandy and Rum. Set the liquid on fire and let the sugar dissolve.
Pour in the black coffee and stir well.

Put dash of grenadine in bottom of collins glass. Shake rest of
ingredients well with cracked ice. Strain into collins glass. Garnish

Orange Bitters
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

- 1 oz. Banana Liqueur
- 1 oz. Light Creme de Cacao
- 1 oz.
Dark Creme de Cacao
Mix ingredients in old-fashioned glass over ice. Stir well.

- 1 oz. Banana Liqueur
- 1 oz.
Cream
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

- 1 1/2 oz. Tequila

- 1 oz. Lime
Juice
Blend with 2 oz. crushed ice until smooth. Pour into sour glass.

- 1 tbsp. Triple Sec
- Juice of 1/2
Lime
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1 slice Banana
Mix with shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency.
Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.

- 3/4 oz. Lime or Lemon
Juice
- 1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
Shake well with cracked ice. Rub rim of cocktail glass with rind
of lime or lemon. Dip rim in salt. Strain into cocktail glass.

- 1 Banana 1/2 pt. Milk
- 1 tsp. Honey
Combine in blender. Blend at low speed until smooth. Pour into an
Old Fashioned glass

- 1 1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz. Cream
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into old fashioned glass
filled with ice.

- 8 oz. Orange Juice (cold)
- 1 Banana (peeled)
Combine in blender. Blend at low speed. Garnish with assorted
fruit.

- 1 1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
- 3/4 oz. White Creme de
Cacao
- 3/4 oz. Creme de Noyaux
- 3 dashes Cherry Brandy
- dash
Milk
Blend all except Cherry Brandy with 3 oz. ice until smooth. Pour
into mug. Top with Cherry Brandy and a cherry.

- 1 oz. Banana Liqueur
- 1/2 oz. white Creme de Cacao
- 1/2
oz. Galliano
- 1/2 Peeled Banana
- 5 oz. Vanilla Ice Cream
- 4
drops Vanilla Extract
Blend all with 1/4 cup ice until smooth. Pour into large
wineglass. Garnish with banana slices.

- 12 oz. Light Rum
- 12 oz. Dark Rum
- 44 oz. Pineapple
Juice
- 12 oz. Mango Juice
- 1 cup Sugar
- 8 oz. Lime Juice
- 8
Peeled Bananas
- 2 Limes
"Blend 6 bananas, lime juice and sugar until smooth. Pour over
block of ice into punch bowl. Pour in Rum, pineapple juice and mango
juice stirring well. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Slice 2 bananas and
limes into thin slices. Float fruit on top and serve"

- 8 Eggs

Cream

Beat yolks and whites of eggs seperately. Add sugar to egg whites
and beat until stiff. Combine yolks and whites and mix thoroughly.
Add Rum and Brandy. Beat mixture. Add cream and milk. Mix. Chill
well. Serve with a light sprinkling of nutmeg
